Rita Williams-Bogar enjoyed 25 years in corporate America but wanted to be her own boss. Now, as founder of Personal Development Solutions, LLC, she does what she loves.

As a speaker and facilitator, Rita provides workshops and consults with businesses and individuals on leadership development, emotional intelligence, ethics, diversity, and insurance tech education. She's on the faculty at Montclair State Univ, William Paterson Univ, and Walden Univ.

She serves as Exec Dir of the NJ CPCU Society chapter, on the Society's Leadership Council and is a member of the Leadership and Managerial Excellence IG.
