Guest speaker:  Sean Donohue

About our speaker:  Sean Donohue is the Regional Safety and Risk Manager for Twin River Casino Hotel located in Lincoln, Rhode Island and the new Tiverton Casino Hotel in Tiverton, Rhode Island. His responsibilities include managing all casino safety programs, training employees, investigating accidents, mitigating hazards, developing and implementing policies and plans, and chairman of the casino safety committee.

Plated dinner will be served Choice of:

Parmesan Encrusted Chicken with parmesan cheese topped w/tomato scallion relish

Seared Salmon with Rockefeller sauce (shallots, white wine, spinach and parmesan cheese)

Butternut Squash Tortellacci with fresh sage buerre blanc sauce
